Juventus like Milan have had a bumpy pre-season culminating in a miserable 3-0 defeat to out of form Hamburg. Juventus have signed heavily in pre-season without losing any of their major stars. With Giovanico announcing his intention to stay in the club, the likes of Amauri, Trezeguet, Del Piero and Nedved will ensure that the Bianconeri are not short of options in the striking department. The midfield has been strengthened following the transfers of Sissoko and Poulsen and they should be able to provide a strong match for a Milan outfit sans Ronaldinho and Pato.
Juventus too have nothing except pride left to play for with the Bianconeri set to finish seventh in the table even if they manage to beat Milan. A poor run of just one win from their last four games ended any hopes of Champions League football next season and the club will be undergoing a serious rebuilding process in the summer.
